A unique, fun, and dynamic class that is open to all fitness levels. Cardio-Om Kick blends two different modes of exercise - cardio kickboxing and yoga - but achieves the same results: improved physical endurance, increased strength and flexibility, greater confidence, and reduced stress levels.
