Total Body Workout

Lovingly known as the 'playground', use assorted equipment and props for a class that incorporates cardio, strength, core, and flexibility. Modifications provide a safe, effective, full body workout for all levels. While a gentler version of boot camp, you will still sweat, stretch, and have fun.
